What's happening? Frontier has hired Vishal Dixit as its Chief Strategy Officer. Reporting to the CEO, Vishal will help accelerate Frontier's fiber-first strategy. Why now? Over the past year, Frontier has refocused the company around a singular purpose: Building Gigabit America. The company rebuilt its executive team with world-class talent, reached four million fiber locations, and was the first broadband company to launch multi-gig service network wide. Much progress has been made in its transformation – and now is the perfect time to add a Chief Strategy Officer to accelerate Frontier's influence on the future of connectivity. Why Vishal? Vishal brings extensive industry experience and a successful track record leading digital transformations and building strategic partnerships. He joins the team from Vodafone, where he oversaw strategy and business development as it transformed into a tech company. He helped spearhead the turnaround for Vodafone in the UK, expanding fiber network access and restoring the business to above-market revenue growth. Vishal has also advised leading Tech, Healthcare, and Consumer Retail companies as a consultant in McKinsey's digital practice. In this role, he used digital strategies to turn around product, channel, and service operations for global brands. He began his career as a software engineer at Intel developing telecommunications exchange platforms. Read the full press release here. |
